My research agenda will center around the question: What enables equality between and within households? Regarding inter-household inequality, I am interested in the interactions between policies, cash transfers, and the care economy and immigrant women. Regarding intrahousehold inequality, I plan to explore intrahousehold bargaining power, women’s labor force participation, and unpaid household labor.
